John Parsons
Partner, Tatum LLC

John Parsons is a Partner with Tatum, LLC primarily serving Northern New England clients. During his 30-year career, he has served in financial/operational leadership roles for private-equity portfolio companies and NYSE and NASDAQ-listed public companies. He specializes in M&A from due diligence through integration, EBITDA operational improvement, initial public offerings, transaction readiness for liquidity events, managing cash burn and liquidity, and raising debt and equity capital. Before joining Tatum, Parsons served in financial and operational leadership roles with mid-market RSA Security, Fortune 500 Agilent Technologies, Fortune 100 Hewlett-Packard. He is an actively licensed CPA who started his career with Big 4 Deloitte, and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. John is also adjunct Professor of Finance at Rivier College, located where he and his family reside in Nashua, NH.

Travis M. Drouin, CPA, CIA
MFA - Moody, Famiglietti, & Andronico

Leveraging years of experience in public accounting and venture capital, Mr. Drouin provides assurance and financial consulting services to clients across a wide spectrum of industries, particularly angel and venture-backed emerging technology companies. At MFA, Travis is able to execute on the firm's promise of superior service and expertise by surrounding himself with some of the best and brightest professionals in New England. MFA's clients rely on Travis and his team for assistance with their complex financial reporting needs, domestic and international tax issues, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal control audits and private company valuation matters.

Travis is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor, and applies his expertise in the oversight of financial audit engagements in accordance with generally accepted audit standards. While Travis has been in public accounting for almost twenty years, Travis also has first-hand experience with the venture capital community, having spent over three years as Vice President of Information Systems at Bessemer Venture Partners.

Tim Althof
Althof Associates

Tim Althof is an Independent consultant with extensive company experience across multiple industries. He has had broad business and operating responsibility in international public and private companies. Most recently he was CFO of Grand Circle Corporation in Boston. Earlier career experience includes New England Business Service a NYSE traded company where he was a corporate officer and Vice President in the capacities of Controller, Treasurer, and Investor Relations Officer. Tim has an MBA from the University of Colorado and lives in Hampton, NH with his wife Sue, and enjoys kayaking, hiking, and skiing.

Paul Becker, CPA
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting

Paul Becker started his career in public accounting in Massachusetts at a regional CPA firm. After earning his CPA, he joined a large specialized staffing firm and achieved a Metro Manager role in several key New England locations. He oversaw sales and recruiting efforts for a staff of recruiters and support staff numbering over 80 people. The divisions he managed specialized in accounting and finance and administrative support. Paul has also worked as a corporate recruiter for a Big 4 consulting firm. Paul has a B.Sc. in Accounting from Bryant College in Rhode Island.

Reed Malleck, CFO
Avidyne

In 2008 Reed Malleck joined Avidyne Corporation, maker of avionics systems for light aircraft, as CFO. He was initially placed into the position via Tatum LLC, a nationwide Executive Services firm, where he had been a Partner since 2007. Prior to Tatum, he was Vice President of Finance and Operations for Healthwyse, LLC, a provider of integrated clinical and financial information systems for homecare and hospice providers. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Malleck was co-founder, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Radianse, Inc., a developer and marketer of RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems) for acute care settings. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Malleck served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of GE Medical Systems Navigation and Visualization Inc. (formerly Visualization Technology, Inc.). Mr. Malleck held various senior operational and financial positions with several business units of Hewlett-Packard from 1978 to 2000. Mr. Malleck holds a B.S. in Finance and an MBA from the University of Colorado.

Susan Woods
Chartworth

Susan Woods has over 20 years of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital experience. Her industry experience was acquired in companies spanning insurance, reinsurance, healthcare, direct marketing and technology. Susan is at her best working on cross functional strategic activities which involve coordinating and leveraging internal and external resources. She particularly enjoys working in companies undergoing significant change. Before joining Chartworth at the beginning of 2005, Susan was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Folksamerica Reinsurance, a New York City based subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group. Susan has an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College and a BA from Colby College. Residing in Manchester with a custom furniture builder husband and two teen age children, Susan enjoys cross country skiing, gardening, and yoga.

Evan Zall
Ebben Zall Group

Evan has been immersed in communications for nearly two decades, with an extensive background in marketing for financial and professional services firms. His experience led him to found the Ebben Zall Group on a firm belief in the power of communications and its ability to elevate client brands and ultimately their business.  Evan opened his career in journalism, then moved to investor relations at a small agency and public relations at a large one. He served as Deputy Managing Director at River Rouge Communications, a UK- and Boston-based consultancy that focused on supporting business goals through strategic communications for business-to-business and financial services clients. He then founded Telos Communications, a firm centered on thought leadership for professional services, before launching Ebben Zall Group. Evan is also co-author of the professional services guide, How to Write and Market a White Paper. When he isn't changing the communications world, he plays guitar in exclusive concerts for his family, writes and reads fiction, follows the Red Sox, and is consistently outsmarted by the highly evolved striped bass on Cape Cod.
 

Jason Oster
Cook Little, Rosenblatt & Manso, P.L.L.C.

Jason Oster is a corporate and business attorney with Cook, Little, Rosenblatt & Manson, P.L.L.C. of Manchester NH. Jason assists entrepreneurs and founders and their companies with multiple business matters that arise throughout a company's life cycle, including, private placement financings by venture capitalists, angel investors and private equity firms, shareholder agreements, equity compensation, the licensing of software and other intellectual property, commercial lending transactions and mergers and acquisitions. Jason is a former board member of the Software Association of New Hampshire and oversaw its merger with the New Hampshire High Technology Council and currently sits on the Council's Product of the Year Award Committee. Jason is a member of the Leadership Greater Manchester Class of 2012 and earned his JD and MBA degrees from Northeastern University.
